A few words.
YOU KNOW WHAT THEY SAY ABOUT ASS-UMING.
A brief glossary of terms. I admit…I like a play on words AND my sense of humour does expose my age, oddness and the fact that I am a bit of a weirdo (according to my kids). You may get me or you may not.
So here’s a Chandra Crystal cheat sheet (that’s a tongue twister for ya).

The Tarot is made up of 78 cards. Normally divided into three groups. Our work focuses on the 22 cards of the Major Arcana or Trump cards. These cards hold real personal significance and symbolize a model of universal patterns we see in human behaviour.
The ‘archetypes’ as labelled by psychologist Carl Jung can help us communicate with the subtle realms of our psyche. Connecting the conscious mind to the subconscious. Which lets be honest already knows what we need.
-
Holistic - dealing with or treating the whole of something or someone and not just a part.
This is what I am bringing to the table. A background in psychology, a career in business and a lifetime of looking at the subtle modalities.
I don’t believe I need to give up my career to be more spiritual or stop caring about my appearance to be a better witch.
My mission is to bring unity to all the ways we represent!
-
Any movement performed with the conscious attention to focus on the internal experience vs the external appearance.
By changing our intentions, we can change the world! How we move our bodies is just one easy way to practice this.
It is my opinion that we should be more in touch with our bodies in so many ways. Especially as women. The potential we have to please ourselves is beyond what we were ever taught. And it is is beyond time that call.

What you have tucked away in an attempt to fit in with social norms and expectations.
This is our attempt to fit in. Repressed ideas, thoughts, desires, perceived weaknesses, instincts, shortcomings etc. All those parts of us we believe no one else wants to see.
In order to get passed the repetitive lessons life keeps throwing at us, we need to peer into the shadows and bring to light all the parts of us.
Don’t worry, you are not alone. My flashlight be strong, love!
-
A series of practices that helps put the brakes on our acute stress responses. Relax babes.
The amount of information out there on the benefits of the breath are endless. My focus is on its ability to tap into the energy we need to both relax and stimulate.
In particular I like to combine breathwork with sound therapy to create a meditative experience that engages all the senses.
-
Whether it’s Bach or Beyoncè, music can elicit a variety of reactions in your body and mind. Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody is all the evidence I need!
Sound therapy is a form of sensory therapy, just like touch that can cultivate a deeper awareness of our physical body and its connection with our mind.
My personal flavour is of the crystal persuasion. Obviously.
-
The inherited collective and personal consciousness we were born with. We can thank 21 and me for the ability to look at our physical DNA, but what about all that other stuff that we just ‘know’?
I like to call the Cosmic DNA, a combination of astrology and numerology practices that helps paint a picture of the energetics we were born with. A roadmap, if you will, of what we are packin’.

Dropping In is the process of intentionally connecting with our bodies, our guides (see ghosts anyone) and our innate inner wisdom.
Dropping In is a pause, a moment to check in with ourselves and fully honour all that we are showing up to do in this moment.
It’s a simple practice that we often skip because it can be uncomfortable. It can wake up our inner critic, focus our attention on the pain in our lower back or throbbing headache we have been ignoring.
Rather than ignoring all of this messy ‘human’ stuff, this practice invites us to feel the feels and honour what our spirit needs.
It gives us the space to see new directions, re-focus and sit in the seat of our own power.
